Proposed Special Sessions

Call For Special Sessions

GCTECH 2026 will be hosting a series of special sessions. Each organized session will be with a minimum of FIVE or more papers that will be subject to regular review cycle by the session organizer.

Non-presenting papers will not appear on the proceedings of the conference. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE XPLORE digital library.

A Special Session may be proposed by a group of no more than two people, and each team may propose only one Special Session.

Special Session Organizer Recognition:

  • Honored with CERTIFICATE as Session Chair/Proposer.
  • Presented with a MEMENTO.
  • FREE ACCOMMODATION to the organizer/proposer with minimum FIVE or more accepted papers (For one person). All accepted and presented papers, including special session papers will become eligible for submission to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
